The right tool for faster, safer installation

Fitting Rack Armour^® upright protectors by hand is possible but inefficient, particularly across large installations or when working at pace in an active warehouse environment. The Rack Armour^® Installation Tool is designed specifically for the job, allowing protectors to be seated correctly and securely without risk of damage to the protector or the racking upright beneath.

The tool is available in two variants. Fitting arms are designed for large to extra large Rack Armour^® protectors, providing the leverage needed to fit larger sizes cleanly and consistently. Fitting hooks are suited to small and medium protectors, offering precise control for the more compact sizes in the range. Both variants are compatible across the full Rack Armour^® product range and are built from steel for industrial use.

Selecting the correct variant for the protector size being installed ensures a proper fit first time and reduces the time spent on each upright across a full racking bay or warehouse installation.
