This makes it well suited to walkways, picking aisles, packing stations and perimeter routes where regular movement of pallets, trolleys and smaller MHE creates a consistent low-level impact risk. HDPE and mild steel construction

The barrier uses flexible HDPE rails combined with mild steel uprights. The barrier stands at 1170mm high with a 200mm x 200mm baseplate. Standard lengths start from 1400mm and are variable to suit the specific layout of the site. Each post uses four Ø14mm fixing holes and fixes using M12 x 100mm throughbolts. Floor preparation requires a Ø12mm drill hole with a minimum embedment of 60mm. All fixings are supplied. For barrier runs of 3 metres or more, a centre post is incorporated as standard to maintain structural integrity across the full length.
